Kinder Gym is a small friendly
business, established in 1989, committed to developing self-confidence,
creativity and physical
co-ordination in young children. All staff are fully trained and
experienced in developing children of all abilities, including special
needs. Our Kinder Gym activity /gymnastic classes concentrate on
developing co-ordination, balance and stamina.

He has Down’s Syndrome and going to Kindergym has helped his co-ordination, stability and has also helped him understand the “rules” of socializing with other children – waiting your turn, following children to the next activity, and learning action songs. We have expanded into music classes with the addition of Jingle Tots in 2004, which was established in 2002, and subsequently Preschool Musical Fun in 2006, which was established in 1994 by Madeleine Smith. These now run under the name Melody Minors.
